  11. Very lovely. I so miss walnut trees.
    Many congratulations on the house! I remember the trials of removing old wallpaper. Years ago my ex & I decided to remodel our bathroom. I spent a good, solid 8 hours stripping the walls while he was at work one day (& still wasn't done when he got home.) He had a go at it after dinner for a while, then I heard a "WHAM!" & went to see...He'd punched a hole in the wall & said, "We'll just re-drywall." Unfortunately, that's what I'd suggested to begin with, so I was QUITE annoyed that he'd wasted my entire day's hard labor.
