This is a wonderful shot. I can actually feel how the photo looks. I can hear morning birds and I can hear the dawn "crack". Really like your blogs and photos.
Nikon or Canon. Use whatever you are used to. I have been shooting Nikon for 45 years. I have used Canon and it is a great camera also. It's just a matter of preference as to how it "feels".
Troy- Thanks. Yeah, I use Canon at home, Nikon for my day job. Just curious what 200mm macro lens you were using. Thanks for the kind comments. Sorry to scare you with the April fools post a week ago!
Very pretty colors and composition. I looked at some of your other sunrise/sunset pictures on Flicker, but didn't want to sign up to comment....there were some really lovely shots. I liked one that was a reflection, in particular. So many colors in all of them!

Ahhh, sunrise, my favorite time of day.
ReplyDeleteTom: Nice colorful sunrise, it was a foggy morning. I also got a morning shot of a hawk.
ReplyDeleteTom this is really nice. Thanks for sharing. Anna :)

ReplyDeleteBeautiful soft colors. There was a pretty sunrise here this morning, but I was too lazy to get my camera. :)
ReplyDeleteJohn- I might agree with you. This morning was somewhat surreal. And the calm was amazing.
ReplyDeleteGuy- Awesome- BTW, I much enjoyed your Capt. Brady posts. I'll actually be in Kent tomorrow night!
Anna- you are welcome!
Mary- Thank you very much, yes Flickr does require you to sign up, but if you have a yahoo account, you should be able to use that.
Linda- I know what you mean. I actually took this photograph in my pajama pants!
