Olentangy at Highbanks

On Sunday, Megan and I took a walk at highbanks metropark, about 4 miles north of where we live. The river is the same, just a little further north, and a little more wild. Over the next few days, I'll share photos from our adventure, culminating with a major announcement at the end of the series.

  2. It looks a little like the Olentangy down at your old house. Very peaceful and nice. I'm glad you're still getting to the river. I knew you'd miss having it in your "own backyard". But you still have it close by! Beautiful pictures! Megan looks healthy and happy, too!

  5. The photography is nice. Some of the river looks like or reminds me of Twin Creek in Lewisburg or in that area.

I suspect the announcement might have something to do with a new arrival. Just an old grandpa's speculation.

  6. Tom: What a great little river, it's wonderful that you get to share in this waterway so near a big city.

  8. Thanks everyone. It was peaceful, although there were plenty of others around.

Abe, you'll just have to wait until tomorrow for the major announcement. I'm not giving any hints.
